Standard room was ok, not luxurious but not poor. Beautiful and well maintained garden.Hotel staff was not friendly. I am afraid that my boyfrienf got a stomach flu from the hotel food he ate (tom yam soup, the prawns tasted strange and vere not fresh.) Otherwise thai food was very tasty, I love it!" |

I got a room with a double bed & 1 single bed,with sofa too ! room is nice, but there was smell in the room & on our last night, the aircon water was linking from the top floor (not sure why), this had caused the single bed goes wet. Other than that the hotel was quite good & very good location at Ao Nang. less than 5 minutes walk to the beach,shops are easy accessible just right outside the hotel, & it is quite a famous hotel chain where most of the taxi/shuttle drivers will know.Breakfast was average, with ommelete, bread, cornflakes & some local fried meals. Overall , worth for the price that we ve paid. The front desk staff should improve their friendlyness towards the customers also it is low season now." |

they missed that we didn´t need an xtra bed we payid for it, but the hotel informed us that we didnt need it because our children was to small for it. the hotelstaff called sawadee, and we get our money back, overall very god service, February 28, 2009 by Thomas Broström, sweden Visit Date:February 25, 2009 "avoid the ground floor roomsthey are old and smells bad, we changed our superior room from the ground floor to 3rd floor, that room was very nice!! even some seaview!breakfast was fair and not more.Location is super! The pool become dirty very fast so they hade too clean it often, but it worked well. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay." |

However, they kept on denying it and said it was hot water when I turned the shower on and let them check it! Eventually they agreed to change a new room with a tiny TV to me at 11:00Pm and later on I notice the room wall is very thin and I can hear my neighbour very clearly. Basically the staff attitude in this hotel is terrible and the room facility is terrible as well. Don t think I will never ever go back this hotel and won t recommand any of my friends to stay in this hotel neither." |

I am happy with the service, November 25, 2008 by Lee Foo Yeun Visit Date:November 23, 2008 "the hotel location is great. very near to the breach. in addition, if you plan to go island hopping and diving, the long tail boat ticket service counter is very near to the hotel. it is on the left, less than 2 minites walk from hotel. the rental cost for the long tail boat full day is fixed at 2200 bath. it can accomodate up to 8 persons. it is a lot cheaper to buy the ticket from this counter than from travel agency.in addition, if you plan to go hat yai, buy the mini van ticket from the hotel front office travel desk. I got the cheapest price from the hotel. it cost me 300 bath one way from krabi to hay yai. all travel agencies nearby quoted me 400 to 450 bath." |

Shops, restaurants, bars etc are easily accessible. The superior room is BIG enough for 3 person with a queen size bed, a single bed and a sofa bed (I wonder why they re still charging us extra for the 3rd person). Room is simple with basic necessities. Breakfast is OK but we had the same food everyday. Staffs are friendly and helpful with directions. Well...we ll definitely consider staying there again!" |
